These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phlro ("phlro," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phlro.net. phlro reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Where a player is found to be under 21 years of age, phlro will close the account immediately, void all bets placed, and return any deposited funds that remain unplayed, subject to verification of the source of those funds.

To participate in real-money gaming on phlro, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) phlro account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phlro reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void outstanding bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You may be required to submit government-issued identification — such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license — before withdrawals are processed or account limits are adjusted.

All financial transactions on phlro are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phlro supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, USDT, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposit transactions are typically processed in real time for e-wallet channels such as GCash and Maya. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and UnionBank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your phlro account balance. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit by the same account holder. phlro does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• BPI / BDO / UnionBank: 1 to 3 business days
• USDT / Coins.ph: Within 24 hours of approval, subject to blockchain confirmation times where applicable

phlro reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The availability, value, and terms of each promotion are subject to change and are governed by the specific promotional terms applicable to that offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by phlro unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds or free spins and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.

• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated systems, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with phlro games, place bets, or exploit any platform feature.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or player-versus-player formats.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with a payment provider for deposits made to phlro without first raising the matter with phlro customer support.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phlro platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phlro content without prior written authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the phlro platform.
• Use any phlro trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the phlro platform by automated means for any purpose.

Any unauthorized use of phlro's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlro, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phlro platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, service interruption, or system error;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Any action taken by phlro in good faith in response to suspected fraudulent, prohibited, or unlawful activity on your account;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the phlro platform.

phlro's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their phlro account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes phlro's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

phlro collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account and using the phlro platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

phlro complies with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the phlro platform, you agree to first contact phlro customer support and allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within the prescribed period, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines.

phlro's decisions on matters of game outcome disputes, bonus eligibility, and account closure are final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described above.

phlro reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or platform features.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — phlro will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the phlro platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
